Terminal Tariff - March 3, 2011

The below changes will adjust the Port Terminal Tariff #5 effective immediately:

1. Item #212-Dockage  Note B: Applies to Grain Elevator Terminal
   Will change to read: Dockage charges for the Grain Elevator Terminal will be calculated using the vessel’s Gross Registered Tonnage as reported by the Merchants Exchange located in Portland, Oregon.
2. Item #212-Dockage 
   We will insert language as follows: Berth assignments are issued at the sole discretion of the Port and are revocable without notice. The Port has designated Terminal 2, Berth 3 as a project cargo berth and may give berthing preference to ocean going ships loading or discharging project cargo.
3. Item #243-Rail Fees
   The previous language for rail fees requires revision.  Please review the changes in the new tariff indicated below.

Changes to the tariff are effective March 3, 2011. Please ensure you are using the correct tariff dated March 3, 2011.
