District Map

The Port of Vancouver is required by Washington State law (RCW Title 53.16 and Title 29A.76) to update its commissioner districts to reflect the results of the 2010 census. With assistance from the Clark County Elections Department, the port updated district boundaries in August of this year that reduced minor disparities in population. The old and new population numbers are as follows:

DISTRICT 1
New District Population:  96,878
Old District Population:  107,305

DISTRICT 2
New District Population:  97,111
Old District Population:  95,492

DISTRICT 3
New District Population:  97,303
Old District Population:  88,495
